Ok, some of my Instagram followers will remember me posting about this a couple of weeks ago, SkinnyMe Teatox!

I picked up the 14day detox to start with & see how well it works. This is a two step program combining a Morning loose leaf tea & an Evening sachet tea designed to cleanse & detox your system in a natural & gentle way while giving you energy & suppressing those sugar cravings! So let's talk about the ingredients, taste, price & efficiency of this detox program, & of course Before & After pics!

Ingredients: 

Morning Tea (Before Breakfast) - Sencha Green Tea, Green Oolong Tea, Lemongrass, Artichoke Extract, Yerba Mate Leaf, Burdock Root, Dandelion Leaf, Calendula Flower, Blue Cornflower

This a loose leaf tea so you will need a tea strainer to drink it.

Stimulating & Uplifting, this blend contains antioxidants as well as added cleansing Artichoke booster to leave you feeling energised, hydrated & refreshed!

Evening Tea (Before Bed every 2nd Night) - Senna Leaf, Valerian Root, Celery Seed

Senna is a traditional herbal laxative used to support healthy bowel function, elimination & detoxification. Supports efficient cleansing of the digestive tract

Velarian & Celery combined calm the stomach & digestive system

Celery Seed is used to relieve inflammation, cleanse the blood & support the body's natural detoxification systems, eliminating metabolic waste & expelling excess fluid from the body.

Use every SECOND night, because of the laxative effect

As you can see, in the two weeks of using this tea, not a lot has changed haha so I made sure to weigh & measure myself for accurate results & there is a small difference!

Pre Teatox Weight - 67.5kgs/148lbs.  Measurments - Bust: 89-90cm Waist: 71cm Hips: 90cm

Post Teatox Weight - 65kgs/143lbs.  Measurements - Bust: 87cm Waist: 68cm Hips: 85cm

Now let's be honest here, I did not get a lot of exercise done in those two weeks! Very little actually haha my own fault completely & have no doubt I would have seen much better results had I done more :/ and I didn't change my diet much because I eat fairly healthy anyway, a lot of Chicken & Vegetables, eggs, salads & smoothies, so I'm pretty good with food but I can slip on the weekends!

I can say it definitely worked for cleansing my system, every morning after the Night tea I had to rush to the bathroom 2-3 times, so be mindful of this before work or important day events haha I did notice a lot more energy & it definitely suppressed my naughty food cravings during the day.

In conclusion, I think I'll try the 28day detox & do it properly with a food plan & exercise, but other than that I'll be honest & say, I don't think you need this "Teatox".. I get the same results if I exercise more regularly (which they recommend) & drink Green Tea (helps weight loss & suppress cravings)

I can also get a good digestive detox/cleanse with Vegetable/Fruit Juicing for 3-5 days, but I recommend you read more about Juice Detoxing before trying ;)

This is my first time trying an Ofra product so I picked up "Miami Fever" also, which is one of the collab shades with YouTuber Kathleen Lights, a unique burnt orange I LOVE!

So to start, let's talk about the formula of these liquid lipsticks..I'm a fan haha

Different compared to other liquid lipsticks, they don't dry to a non-tranferable matte & stay feeling tacky on the lips for a while, even a few hours but eventually dry down completely matte, yet still transfer when kiss tested on the back of my hand.. It's like a whipped formula very similar to NYX Creamy Mattes or Tarte Lip Paints, and smell sweet too like vanilla or cake!

The liquid lipsticks are $19.90usd each or $49.70usd for the set

♥ Swatches ♥

Aries - Stunning Pinky Peach Nude, perfect for fairer skintones like myself, this is my fave of the three. It looks pretty with a golden eye look or something using Mannys MUG palette!

Charmed - The trending Mauvey Pink Brown Nude, a deeper midtone nude that suits just about anybody! This colour is super popular right now & is a great everyday neutral shade.

Hypno - A delicious deep Red with Brown undertones. This shade gives a sexy vampire vibe & it looks amazing with a strong winged liner on a night out.

I really like the formula, smell & how they apply. They last for HOURS & don't run & smear outside the lips, but be careful when eating because like I said above these do not dry non-transferable & will smudge if not careful. The applicator is a long firm doe foot & makes it easy to apply evenly. The only thing I noticed was Aries doesn't look as nice after a while like Charmed & Hypno do, it can start to look dry and crepey...throw some lip balm on top & you should be good to go!

 I cant wait to show you the fun inside, but first I want mention something..

I ordered my palette the day it was released so I got one of the first palettes made,

everything was perfect except when I swatched the Lipsticks..the hot pink shade was very runny and appeared to have melted..I saw a few people had the same problem so I emailed BH letting them know & they were quick to sort the problem & sent me a replacement palette!

I figure, I don't really wear hot pink & the first palette is still fine for me to use soooo

♥Eyeshadows♥

Nine beautiful, neutral shadows, very Shaaanxo style - mattes, shimmers, warm tones

Love it! I heard a lot of people say it could be a dupe for Manny Muas palette with Makeup Geek, I personally think they're both pretty different but both worth getting! I think it's because of the duochrome shade in both palettes & the similar layout..

This is my first BH palette & I've heard they're pigmented but wow! For the price, these are really high quality & kind of shocked me.. They look quite vibrant in the pan, colours like the mustardy yellow & red brown are very bright in the pan but once you swatch or apply to eyes, the colours soften up & aren't as pigmented as what you see in the pan! This is a good thing, they still blend nicely and you're able to build up the colour. The shimmers on the other hand are as pigmented as they look in the palette, love them! Very soft & buttery

There are 4 mattes & 5 shimmers

Top - Bottom: Matte Cream, Shimmer Pale Gold, Shimmer Rose Gold, Matte Mustard Yellow, Shimmer deep Bronze, Matte burnt Red Brown, Shimmer cool Taupe, Shimmer Duochrome Red base with Green reflect, Satin Charcoal base with fine Purple shimmer.

♥Lipsticks♥

And on the other side, nine beautiful, creamy lipsticks! Once again all very Shaaanxo, nudes, vibrants & sexy deeps. The colour range is perfect, every colour you could need, it's perfect for travelling! The texture is super creamy (minus the hot pink, that was melted) and OMG hello pigmentation!

I was pleasantly surprised at the pigmentation of the lipsticks, I mean the shadows were one thing but the lipsticks are just as awesome! The last colour is a deep cherry red & swatched slightly patchy but the rest got amazing colour pay off with one swipe. One thing I don't like is having to use a lip brush but I can live with that for the amazing value you get! I love LOVE the fact there is a mirror on both sides of the palette! ;)

Top - Bottom: Light Pink Nude, mid-tone Brown Nude, mid-tone neutral Pink, Pinky Coral, muted Lavender, Hot Pink, vibrant true Orange, blue-based cherry Red, deep Plummy Red

For $14.50 this palette is totally worth getting! I would have happily spent that on just the shadows in this palette. It's such a good value & would make a great starter palette for makeup beginners. It lets you be creative & trial new colours, there's a variety of looks in this palette waiting for you to try!
